在(zài )这个时(shí )节该如何调理(lǐ )养(yǎng )生?宋(sòng )曙霞认为,在饮(yǐn )食上(shàng )可(kě )多(duō )吃有(yǒu )芬芳气味的蔬菜,如(rú )韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香(xiāng )椿(chūn )等,以疏肝(gān )柔(róu )肝(gān )。另外,俗语(yǔ )称“春日吃(chī )春芽”,也就(jiù )是说(shuō )这个(gè )季节可吃鲜(xiān )绿的嫩芽,比如豆芽、蒜苗、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等(děng ),禁食或少(shǎo )食辛(xīn )辣刺激食物(wù ),以免肝火(huǒ )上炎。
