做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
