做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。
