人(rén )才(cái )队伍建设(shè )是提升托育(yù )服(fú )务质(zhì )量的保(bǎo )障。面对当前托(tuō )育(yù )专业人才短缺这一瓶颈(jǐng ),长沙师范(fàn )学(xué )院(yuàn )学前(qián )教育学院院长张晓(xiǎo )辉(huī )建议,从(cóng )教师(shī )专(zhuān )业标准(zhǔn )体系建设出(chū )发,将托育机构师(shī )资纳入其中(zhōng ),提高托育服务(wù )专业(yè )化水平;从学历(lì )提升和专业(yè )成(chéng )长(zhǎng )考虑,拓(tuò )宽专业人员发展(zhǎn )路径,增强托育(yù )机构从业人(rén )员(yuán )对(duì )职业的(de )归属感(gǎn )、荣誉(yù )感。
